When will my stuff arrive?

Printify Products (hoodies, tees, stickers, etc.)

If you’re in the U.S., expect your new favorite thing in ~1–2 weeks.

If you’re elsewhere in the world, plan for 2–6 weeks.

Coloring Books (printed via Lulu)

U.S.: Around 1–2 weeks after production.
International: Up to 28 days (shipping can be a drama queen).

Do you accept returns?

Because everything is made-to-order, we don’t do returns for “just changed my mind”.

BUT—if your order arrives damaged, defective, or wildly wrong, email us at hello@cryingmushrooms.com. We’ll replace it or refund you faster than you can say fungi.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We start making your items pretty quickly after you order, so changes/cancellations aren’t always possible. If you realize you’ve messed up, email us ASAP and we’ll try our best to help.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! But keep in mind shipping times outside the U.S. can be long.

We’re talking 2–6 weeks depending on your location, postal service, and the mood of the shipping gods.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Many of them are! We use eco-conscious materials where possible because the planet doesn’t deserve our chaos.

How will I know my order shipped?

You’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can obsessively refresh it like the rest of us.

Will wearing this make me funnier/prettier/more chaotic?

Yes. Scientifically proven* (*by us, in our heads).

Something else I need to know?

  • Machine wash your apparel cold, tumble dry low, love it forever.
  • If your item smells like vinegar when it arrives, that’s from the printing process—it’s harmless and will disappear after the first wash.
  • We do not currently sell actual mushrooms. (Shocking, we know.)
